Setting out

Setting out turns drawings into reality. A surveyor transfers your design coordinates to precise points on site—foundations, grids, walls, columns, services, and levels—so every element is built in the right place and at the correct height. Control is established, tolerances are checked, and as-built positions are verified to reduce rework and delays and keep your project on schedule. Weather it is setting out pillars of a bridge, anchor bolts in fresh concrete, or a new padel court. Feel free to ask how I can help.
